Jan Broderson - Nurse Manager

Jan is a NZ Registered nurse with 19 years experience working in Care of the Elderly.  Jan has worked as a nurse and nurse manager for the Cantabria Group for 8 years and took over the role as Nurse Manager at Matamata Country Lodge in 2008. Jan’s role involves the day to day operational management of the facility, including management of 75 staff, Clinical Practice and Quality Improvement.
   

Rachel Murray - Clinical Nurse Leader

Rachel is a NZ Registered Comprehensive Nurse and has been employed at Matamata Country Lodge since April 2004.  Rachel trained at Taranaki Polytechnic then completed the new Graduate programme at Tauranga Hospital.  Rachel is responsible for Clinical Practice.

Linda Wakefield - Receptionist

Linda Wakefield - Office Administrator/Receptionist

Linda has been employed at Matamata Country Lodge since 1996. In 2009 she took on the receptionist role and then the office administrator role after 13 years as a Senior Care Assistant.
