Jellicoe Road Stables offers the best of town and country being situated right in the township of Matamata on 10 acres of prime farm land.  Coral & Kevin Old enjoy entertaining guests in their spacious, modern home and on the farm.  Kevin is a Licensed Public Trainer with a wealth of experience in the racing industry to share.  Coral and Kevin are well travelled, semi-retired and have lived in Matamata for "as long as they can remember".  Children are welcome and horse rides are available.  Kevin is also happy to take guests for a racetrack tour.

There is a private guest wing at Jellicoe Stables which sleeps 5, with guest share bathroom and separate toilet, but groups of 7 can be accommodated if required.  Coral's special cooked or continental breakfast is included in the tariff:

Dinner is available by arrangement at $30.00 per person and includes a glass of wine or a beer.
Jellicoe Stables offer free pick-up and drop-off for those arriving by public transport and for tours of Hobbiton.
Kevin is a keen golfer and needs no encouragement to take guests out for a round of golf - green fees extra
